to me it looks like someone is unwinding a large position and just selling into the depth, or someone holding the price down for whenever the placement happens.. the low volume and large gaps in the sell depth make it obvious, you could have pushed it up to almost 90c today by buying 100k at market price

also that large sell sitting at 80c after 4pm today is the stupidest possible way to sell an order that size so it'll probably just disappear at some point
