Very disappointing development.

Let's hope there is a very good reason for this and that it favors current holders above all others!

Not a good look for management, esp. after the last raising was over subscribed at 20cents. Surely if they needed the money they would (should) have taken it then.

I wonder if MBL applying the screws? OR are management trying to scare off any predators (or make it harder for it to happen)? OR is there will there be a 'white night' cornerstone investor announced ~19.9% (who with then dictate PLA's future)?
