I agree that it'll take some very special news to regain the 45c perch, but 20c in the not too distant future is conceivable, and I think most holders would feel fairly happy there. Of course if another Hellyer-sized deposit were to be hinted at by drilling then I imagine it wouldn't take long at all to reach 45c. In the meantine this is a pretty cheap metal PRODUCER IMO, which will be helped by the currently lower A$.
