For real the only potential acquisition of a production or near production oil and/gas project WHN can make is to buy a waste mgmt. facility in East Africa and collect the methane gas to power up an onsite admin office.

Most likely outcome of the CR they will get a million or so. Directors will be pleased and thankful for shareholders ongoing support, but not enough funds to proceed with new projects, but enough to pay salaries and office expenses for another year.

The company head count is 3 Directors, 1 senior geo (there were 2 senior geos in 2013), (part-time?) accountant and receptionist and the total salary and wage cap in 2014 was $1.2 mils + free shares. Nice!
+ Ian Hobson (secretary), but he's an external contractor (as far as I understand).
In the next month or two they won't be the operator of any assets, so they don't need many employees anyway.

On a positive note, over the last 12 months DR got the ball rolling and is delivering on promises. We'll see.
