    Hey Zog, its funny that this information emerges now i.e. "poor front end design" being the most significant reason for the 1993 failure. If we had all known that with some certainty we might not have fallen for line of a refurbishment of the existing plant being all that was needed to get into production. If they had said, as they do now, that a major re-engineering is needed to approach profitability, then investors might have been a lot more informed, and shy of such an investment. As SER certainly had all that information upfront, I simply don't understand, as major shareholders, how they let the Valence team go ahead with a start-up schedule that didn't include that major re-engineering right from the beginning? Now the shareholding of SER is as worthless as everyone elses, so a double hit for the longer term SER holders with both SER and VXL shares. Some board members clearly just sit there for the fees, rather than engaging in responsible oversight.
