    All good points Zog. They certainly need the answers to all that and more, but in reality they will have to not only have answers but also have very confident indications that those answers are correct if there is even the slightest chance of the finance package going ahead. The financiers are certainly going to be wise to what has happened at VXL now so won't be funding VXL with another cent unless there is a very clear path to profitable production. By the delays in the funding announcement it is pretty clear that this isn't a simple matter, maybe its looking marginal, or the risks are just too high. The main question for the meeting might be is VXL going to sink or swim, as its not looking likely that it will be trading again before the AGM, if ever. Its unlikely they can raise the funds to survive on the market, as it looks like they will need at least $15 M to get into production, nearly twice the original IPO. Who would be silly enough to get caught twice?o
