This is always the biggest challenge with small/micro stocks. Great assets/plans can be unravelled by the people. At first the people looked all good and it almost always does at first but often they turn out to not be that great and this is the issue we've seen here. All of the good aspects of this company have been unravelled by what has turned out to be a poor management team that botched up big time on operations, which was only compounded by their opaque communication style.
