ForNewbieInformation- 2mil $ at 20c is the smallest float terms allowed and thats what this is despite the vend process ie 2 mi at 2 cents are the minimum terms to be compliant. Its more red tape than a structural requirement. Also, dont expect to get any of those- they're gone unless you have the right broker behind you
