So I am down at computershare right now to inspect the share register following allocation of the rights issue and shortfall and have just been escorted off the property!
Never mind the fact that s173 of the Corporations Act entitles shareholders to inspect the share register of the Company THEY OWN!
SOC's Co. Sec. has instructed the registrar to prevent me from inspecting the share register.
How many people would be willing to come down to West End in Brisbane from 12 today to stage a peaceful protest?
This isn't just about SOC, but about the rights of all shareholders.
