TTC probably do have some money in the bank. Just not as much as what they reported to shareholders.
If they didn’t have any cash to salvage. They would have just kept silence..Fact that they deliberately put the company into admin, means there’s something there.
my guess, the audit caught them by surprise. They’re buying more time.
even if they only have 1/2 of the cash. its still worth more than last traded share price.
its a race to get to the cash before it gets siphon away.
