You would not sell without knowing the result on anns.
It was always worth $1.50 - $2.00 compared to it's peers....very surprised it only listed at 70 odd.

Do some historical research on the Lagoon Creek tenements.
The grades and potential is impressive....Laramide are a big player, Lagoon will be accelerated.
Momentum alone will carry this past $1.60
Quality dirt, anns expected and no sellers....simple really.
