Centro Confirmation of Extension of Financing Arrangements to 15 December 2008 Centro Retail Trust (CER) notes the announcement today by Centro Properties Group confirming extension of finance facilities. In consequence, as previously announced, US facilities of US$1.1 billion (A$1.2 billion) associated with Centro’s joint venture with Centro Retail Trust (CER), are confirmed as extended to 30 September 2008.
