Fully underwritten. However I think these prices will be short lived. The underwriters would probably try and get the stock well over a $1 so that there not left carrying the bag.
With a distribution yield in excess of 20% with considerable upside this will prove to be a very opportune time to purchase.
Also, GPT which is a basketcase compared to GMG is trading at over 30% above its rights issue price. I think you will see GMG in a similar situation.
