interestingly though - basketcase GPT roared straight up from the new issue price never looking back. GMG on the other hand has been relentlessly slammed almost immediately out of the gate today hitting nearly 12% under the already massively discounted issue price....stark difference IMO. Then we have the other REIT funds in the US - something like 17% up across the board the other day - here they are just all getting pummelled.
