unbelievably oversold

Hi, This stock is unbelievably oversold. The company has been very silent over the last few months and last announcement was on 21st march this year , however I think the stock is oversold on the basis that a dividend will still be paid however not every six months, management announced it would be paid once a year. The stock has fallen from 57c to 39c in the space of seven weeks! all on no news.. People are over reacting, I would hold because this stock normally has most business done via the second half of the year. Any feedback ?
