tap41, i am a shareholder in rms and oddly, very oddly, rms has done an identical deal with fex, selling for about the same cash and shares ,its interest in black cat and a royalty on any gold discovered.so that is two new developments that fex has invested in before actually listing, i guess these wil add more interest in the float.
