If I'm reading it right......FEX has diluted its shareholdings before its even listed.
Strange things happening........I guess they really want to make this dog sing.......still will wait to see if it floats....then wait to the price settles around the 5-10c mark.
As for FMS hope this isn't a distraction for the board......come on and get those rail/port deals done....already overdue (timeline was for first quarter).
