Mr Kerr seems to have resigned also. Now no photo or cv on CIE website? Only leaves one Independent Director.? Mr Clarke? Other two Directors seem to have past connections with the ex GB. Thought Portfolio Mgr may have had the major influence on CGA performance here, as GB wasn't able to help performance at CTN ?
