Thoroughly agree. Best time to buy something is when no-one else wants it. Reverse that for time to sell. This extends into the macro, not just the microcosym of small cap stocks. Take Japan for instance. It's a buy. No-one wants it. Most see it as a basket case. Meanwhile, the last seven weeks for the N225 have been up.
CDY is a buy for its product, which is yet to be proven by labs about the world. If the product is worthy, the New Year should see that sorted. CDY is a buy because of its tireless, competent and professional management. CDY is also a buy because its off the radar.
