    With only 6 weeks till 3M and confirmation today that the new shares will be issued at 2.3cents what are the chances that we will see a slow and steady dumping towards the share allotment deadline? I don't think we'll see news prior to the CR so whats everybodys view on this? Will we see news? or a steady sell off, shares allocated then dilution followed by big buying...hmmm
