    I'm with Doogsie....I reckon the property market has a fair bit of pain coming over the next 18 months.

    That suits me fine, looking to pick up 1 or maybe 2 investment properties in the 3rd quarter next year when interest rates have gone up & there are lots of people wounded & needing to offload.

    Thats the plan anyway...hopefully my plans work out the way I want.
