This company is full of uncertainty.
Are Mr Packer's interests selling out ?
Is the substantial loan to the company by Mr Elliott's interest secured on all the company's assets and if he calls the loan in would there be anything left for the shareholders.Loans can give large powers to the Loan Holder as evidenced by Opes prime,look how many investors have been hard hit by that.
It is not apparant that Mr Packer's interests took up rights issues, if not it would be intersting to know what the rason was .
With AOE and many others getting a move on with LNG who needs an Indonesia investment anyway as Australia could well be a large competitor.
Plenty of other companies in which to invest without as much uncertainty .
