So assuming we arrive at FID with our 15% intact and down to the last few million how does FAR fund development ?

The most obvious is an asset based lending facility, which with no other cash , would be in the vicinity of $AU 4-500 mil, with capital repayment starting at first oil , they may even be able to capitalise interest payments during that same period..that's well beyond my expertise and someone may be able to comment on that..

We could get some help from the IMO or the world Bank, there are precedents.

An off take agreement is also a possibility.

If the Shareprice was much stronger then raising cash is another option combined with anything above, in fact would probably be a requirement when borrowing..

Selling down a % of our WI is not out of the question either.

In the meantime a PE success could alter all of the above, as could a number of other possibilities..such as a successfull result with DJ, Southern FAN or A2 .

So there are plenty of variables or combinations out there and they will become clearer as we go forward...

The main thing for FAR is to get to that point without requiring more cash and it appears we are in that position...
