Did you see @Pauldola 's post re Asmet on the SYR thread @Graphite? The only reason I mention it is because it seems consistent with what you were posting a while ago.
So with that front of mind and VXLs report under my nose I'm starting to wonder whether you might be actually onto something with your views of VXL in the same way you might be re Asmet.

And although I do like the South Americans given its dumbed down end user potential for natural G, SA was actually a reference to 'South Australia'.
