IMO the reason for the fall in the fer sp is two fold.
a)If that scientist Virginia whats her name takes the intellectual technology with her to another company,cause keep in mind fer only has the one product.
b) if they lose another court case agaist her then plt has the option not to go ahead with the merger.
That would be bad for both sides plt and fer.
Any opinions?
