Currency loses value over time. Central bank monetary system is easily manipulated and credit is hard to get AT THIS TIME. Once the handbrake gets released property with OO appeal is only going to get more expensive and get further away from those that sit on the sidelines and do nothing.
Further rate cuts, QE and loosening of credit are going to make all the renters and savers even more poorer.
