If you buy EM2 @ 12 cents, you are getting them at a 80% discount to the price the director’s payed, when they exercised their options @ 20 cents, putting in $380k, and a tad over a 25% discount to the shares that the MD took in the last placement @ 16.5 cents, putting in $2 mill, so as I said in a earlier post, they are either stupid, or they know a lot more than us.
