Don't know about others, but when push comes to shove, waiting for an imminent trial result can be a disquieting experience - when it is a year or even some months off it is quite easy to be confident, but we have now hit the month when (for the short term at least) a virtually binary result will be delivered. A non positive FX result will see the SP take a substantial tumble, whereas the opposite result will set a substantially increased floor, with the promise of better things to come.
On the face of it, the general market appears to be either totally disinterested or rather sceptical of the chance of success. To my surprise there has been almost nil buying pressure in the lead up. On the other hand, there has been no mad rush for the exits either. [One is always looking for signs of (supposed) advance knowledge, but be it good or bad, they don't appear to be present in this case. Just a disappointing scenario for those who want to get out, or at least lighten off a bit, before results.]
At this point in time Trofinetide is in the running to be a mammoth drug. Let's hope that this will still be the case at the end of this month.
