    Market confidence in VCR is low and has been worn down by years of lack of results.
    That being said a small bounce followed by a period of consolidation may signal funds buying in.
    Whats now needed is implant rate improvement.
    VCR half yearly (cash burn rate)and DT approval 2 good announcements after one another may signal the turning point.
