That's exactly what they want you to think but behind that high school like look its a well oiled PR machine with over 10 years experience in sucking in funds. The name may have changed a few times but under that fresh coat of paint its still the old An Feng Kingstream. Actually I'm surprised they've got that far, maybe there is hope for them after all. :-)
