    I think it was obvious that management was really trying to push up the stock price for example by promising dividend etc.

    Not that theres anything wrong with it, but anyone sane would presumably buy into a business when theres a confirmed profit and/or free cash flow.

    So far those whove bought in were the ones got sold by the promises of sky blue opportunities. Again, nothing wrong with that..just my observation.

    Maybe management wanted a higher stock price so when they needed to acquire a new business they could use some scrip?

    Maybe they wanted a higher stock price because they could easily issue some more stock at a discount when they have paper gains?

    These are all questions that we need to be watching closely.

    At the end of the say when the business makes progress, so does the stock price..

    I still dislike why there was a big fuzz made by managemrnt about a coming dividend etc....they really wanted to push the price up by doing that. Can anyone enlighten me on this?
