My own impression is that the lender may have had difficulty sourcing the funds. This could explain why it will pay $ if it can't complete by the March date. If this is the true explanation for the delay, then it might create a problem for STL if it has to obtain the funds from another source. Still, I am quite relaxed with this investment and happy to let management deal with this and any other curved balls thrown at them as they grow the business. Cheers
