    They actually say in the Investor presentation:
    "Further EPS  accretive acquisitions under contract" . So if they are granted more than the Indue $6.5m then they could be settling one or more of these other acquisitions that are under contract, whatever they may be. Makes you wonder why these other acquisitions would be hanging on for so long though . .
