Hi all, was wondering if anyone had anything to contribute about the elephant in the (AVL) room, being the unconsolidated mineral rights over **anitha?
My reading of the various announcements is that Bryah owns all the minerals over AVLs **anintha project excluding (9) the obvious; Vanadium, cobalt, uranium + 6.
So what’s the plan? How and why haven’t AVL sorted this by now? Because no matter where you sat in the merger, everyone can agree that consolidation of full and complete mineral rights is cruel to project funding.
Great to hear some thoughts, as far as I can tell Bryah’s rights are the only outlying factor/obstacle as far as stakeholders go. Soooo…$$$?
