The agreement with BYH is for the recovery of nickel, copper and cobalt from the non magnetic tails stream. This would not affect the recovery of the V and FeTi.
I doubt that the BYH proposal to recover Ni,Cu and Co is viable, the grades are very low .0762% Ni .0207% Cu .0236% Co, lab test recoveries Ni 34%.....Cu 62%....Co.....59%.The product would be a concentrate so further treatment would be needed.
