i also believe it's unconstitutional to national law which I'm pretty sure overrides state law, but what really gets me angry is that in august 2020 our dictator McGowan totally bans exporting gas from onshore WA & then only a few months later gives Beach an exemption, that was quick lol & guess who's the largest shareholder, yes his best buddy Kerry (which was uncovered by Clive Palmer in court documents). This is so wrong on so many levels, it's almost funny if it wasn't costing all shareholders of STX, WGO, NWE & MIN a bomb. Now imagine if Beach takes over STX, WGO or NWE cheaply because of no export exemption & they have one, I will be pursuing legal option regarding this, as it stinks
