The news release does not tell us what the rate of flow of liquids was at the time the flow back was stopped .
The inference is that it had reduced to a trickle but it does not explicitly say that .
Just cos they didn't encounter any formation water during drilling doesn't mean that the fracturing couldn't have opened a path to an aquifer .
