im with you stiebs, i think there is something they ae not telling us, why did they cancel the shareholders meeting a month before the dec 4th announcement? also who would buy heritage,s 2,000,000 warrants at $1.10? we will probably find out pfc fate in the next couple of weeks when the 4 month hold on the options from their only private placement comes due, and im not defending them on rodinia, but had they started that venture today instead of 5 years ago they may have been able to secure a partner that actually had cash and expertise, that was always an extremely high risk venture with a very small chance of success and still some insiders put their money were there mouth was and bought in large numbers, personally i think statoil is going to buy pfc or sign on to phase 2 early, which would be great for bkp, but who knows for sure as pfc probably talked to many different companies last year before they made the deal with statoil
