This stock is trading in a nice pattern range, average buy price is 5c and average sell price is 9c, this is what has append the last three times and looks like it will happen again.
Directors have bought not so long back at 9 and 10c average price and this stock is certainly on the up and up, with the current news out today, we may finally see PEL take a crack at levels greater than 9c.
A good stock with strong fundamental prospects and I believe it will be trading well over 10c very soon.
