Thanks for clarifying things, brendio.

Like Liberty2K, I am a long-term holder, but haven’t kept up with the dissenting group plans on this forum (and did not receive any direct correspondence except from the company, perhaps because I only hold 4000 shares). The inaction is my own fault. Although I did vote “no” to the amalgamation, I gather my only options now are to lodge my own objection in court (which is not really feasible given my small holding) or patiently wait for the 10c?
