Sadly Pete for non dissenting shareholders i'm sure it goes something like this ..you sold your soul for 10 cents.From what i've read here on this site to date companies doing battle with dissenting holders have reached agreement before it actually goes to court..From what i've witnessed from this companies directors we'll be taking them to court i'm not going to agree to some piddling amount because they tell us it's all it's worth..i'll still be angry at 40 cents plus..but that's better than the 10 cent insult.The court will decide not zijin
