As to if 0.5 cents, or whatever, is cheap I guess depends on what you value it at.
If you load up and 0.5 cents and it actually hits 0.2 cents, well, the first one might look cheap.
To me, after most announcements there is actually a spike in interest, maybe a few new buyers, but it is not sustained and the people who want to sell are ultimately in higher numbers. At least that indicates the announcements aren't bad.
Anyway, I don't know what to pay any more. If you want to pick up much the thing to do (IMO) would be to put a buy in at the level you want and hope a seller hits it. The issue with the stock is not so much relentless selling as lack of buyers (which some may equate to the same thing over time ... ).
