Active customers have dropped almost 5% and 2% in Australia and the Americas since Q3 2023. Over the past year or so, zip has been banging on about how popular under-utilised BNPL is, particularly in the Americas. Explain to me then, why does zip continue losing customers whilst other providers are not?
