They have to shrink to survive, have no spare capital and cannot afford any missteps.If arrears ticked up their credibility would be blown, they can't borrow money to sustain them and they would have to cut somewhere else to cover it. They are desperately trying to prove a sustainable business model to get further support. IMO NFI
