They no longer hold from what I could tell....
But I know from past experience, when they decide to sell....they don't care what price they get, they just want out.
I've been studying all the broker data for months now....and it appears that there really hasn't been a natural size seller for some time.
Imo, they started selling straight after taking the placement...and since then there have been algo's trading for a net zero position combined with the small sellers that have outweighed the buyers.
$5 was a valuation too far....and now $1 is a valuation too low. Just my opinion.
As for the court case....BD1 will win, and it's a non event. The plaintiff was working there when the decisions were made!!!
