    Well if you look at GMG (which is the most comparable REIT) their Total Loan to Toal Asset Ratio only rose from 51% to 53% and there property portfolio only lost 7.5% of its 30 June 2008 value.

    I expect worst numbers for IIF but voluntary sellers of this stock have no idea what they are doing.
