there has been much talk about the long awaited settlement of the 40% of Falcon
supposedly the deal has been done, but something is not right when the SP goes lower and lower every day..
has the deal already been factored into the SP?
afterall they are only getting access to 40% of the 5% exposure to the oil blocks: 2%!!!
now what about that oil refinery? seems to be a heap of scrap metal still
under 10 cents soon : too many delays
