i neglected to add,if i could i would reduce the availability
of shorts to a percentile weighted average of trade per day,say 1million shares daily traded ,then shorts would be allowed on say no more than 150,000 total available and i do mean total not a daily allowance,i would never allow 10% of issued stock,you see most stock is held by instos investors etc so when shorts hit they are only hitting stock on market,so my average trade weighted percentile would reflect that,providing a fairer environment of course industry heaveys will never agree.

after the g20 meeting you will see unilateral reform,banned
practices will be rigourously defended under sovereign and international law.
