Unfortunately, technicals are looking abysmal and this has got some ways to fall yet - unless some good news is forthcoming in the quarterly?
Lithium accounts for ~16% of the company (based on the 1 for 6.18 conversion). The current market cap (<$500M) indicates that the ESS acquisition has already been marked down to zero due to the prevailing Li price. They also invested in LPM which is also money torched.
Looks like one or two big seller (ex-ESS?) exiting fast, inducing some panic sells from retail holders exacerbating the situation?
