    Hi Neilie,

    I have a legal background and have worked as a Company Secretary (I'm enjoying my day off). Re continuous disclosure, the board only has an obligation to update the market if there are "material" developments i.e., developments that can affect the share price. The lack of announcements basically means there is nothing of significance to tell the market.
